The inline screwing capping machine comprises a cap sorting bin and a cap dropping chute, a bottle clamping and conveying mechanism, and a cap crimping wheel drive mechanism. As the bottles move horizontally along the clamping belt, the actions of cap scraping, pressing, and crimping are completed, making it suitable for screwing threaded caps onto various types of round and flat (jug-shaped) bottles made from different materials. The overall structure of the machine is simple and easy to adjust. When changing the bottle type, there is no need to replace any parts; simply adjust the settings accordingly.
