This equipment is specifically developed and manufactured for the screwing of pump dispenser caps and duckbill caps. The screwing process is controlled by a servo motor, allowing for adjustable torque. The capping action is completed while the product is in motion, differentiating it from conventional capping machines that require a pause during screwing, which can cause the liquid contents to spill out of the bottle opening and contaminate the bottle body. This machine, however, operates without pausing during screwing, effectively preventing liquid from spilling due to pauses and maintaining the cleanliness of the bottle body. It is widely used in industries such as chemicals, daily chemicals, agrochemicals, veterinary drugs, food, and many others.
