旋盖机系列

This machine adopts linear bottle feeding, PLC program control, and double-cylinder bottle stopping and positioning. It can automatically sort and place caps. A single-head mechanical arm first completes the cap gripping under a double-acting lifting cylinder and then performs the capping. The capping adopts an air-expansion type cap gripping device, and is equipped with a clutch device, which ensures that the cap will not be damaged during the capping process. It is suitable for capping large-diameter caps of 1-5kg plastic buckets.
